If you find a flaw in the product, you can return the package at your own cost within 14 days to MedeiaStore. If we detect a flaw that was originally in the product, we will refund the cost (N.B. we will only refund the costs if the package is sent by regular mail. No cost for sending by courier, express, or similar costs are refunded) and send a new product. If we don’t detect any flaw, or if the flaw was caused by the user, there will be no refund.
If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with the product, you may return goods within 14 days and receive a refund (the price of the item purchased). In that case the product must be in its original condition, unopened, and include all original packaging materials. In this case we don’t refund the mailing costs. We are unable to refund damaged or used items.
If you receive an incorrect product, MedeiaStore will refund the returning costs plus send the right item. If you receive a damaged item, MedeiaStore will send a new product and refund the shipping costs.
